Rental car from Lax, 5 south or 55, can'nt remember, straight to Orange county. I found LA a easy place to get around, all the freeways run north south, east west.

Rental car with Garmin and you are good to go... all roads in many places (especially Houston) are on a grid. But Houston? or Alaska? Both?

The issue for you will be two things: possible traffic jams and opposite driving rules to KL. I assume you would have legal license?

You could always ask Herb to organize something for you... pay them what you might spend on rental car. You might be surprised at how willing some folks are to do such things (it can be fun for them). Worst they could do is say no.

CB Performance told me I can fly in to Fresno at FAT airport. Taxi about 45 minutes from that airport.

Shawn, what is FAT airport?

Just drive lah

Seriously, check the map. You might want to drive IF you feel comfortable driving at all.

Wallace I'd be more concerned about Orange county. Alot to see in a small area. Bergs, Heads Up, Rancho, Der Trans axle, Wolfsberg west, Jaycee, Geers, Vw parts, clyde bergs shop, etc

yup, will concentrate on this area then. got an email from one of Dyno Don's friend, he told me to pay attention to Orange County.

1-1.5 hours drive from LAX.

David, where did you stay last time you were there?

Last time I was there was 99. I stayed just over the road from disneyland. Only a 5 min ride to bergs from there.
You've got to try an In and Out burger when you go. Theres one near Heads Up.

They are slightly more likely to wait their turn in traffic... KL driving style may get you in trouble. :)
